Patriarch Outfitters x Platform Resolve

The next session is already written.

You scanned the shirt. Resolve is the app behind it: a strength training log that plans every warm-up from the empty bar to your top set, plate by plate, runs a novice to advanced program that writes the next session itself, and follows your meet live. Built for strength athletes, powerlifters first.

Resolve warm-up screen. Three warm-up sets are checked off from the empty bar to 110 kg, each with its plates per side drawn in red, blue, and yellow, and a 140 kg working set of three by five is still to do.

One standard

Built on what the shirt says.

Do not be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight for your brothers, your sons and your daughters, your wives and your homes.

Nehemiah 4:14

TRUST GOD ALONE

Don't fear men, fear the Lord.

STAND AND FIGHT

Be ready to build and to battle for what matters.

Patriarch Outfitters and Resolve come from the same company and hold the same creed. Trust God alone. Then do the work: load the bar, log the set, and be ready to build and to battle for the people who depend on you. The verse above is quoted from the Berean Standard Bible, public domain.

What Resolve does

From the empty bar to the platform.

  • Warm-ups, plate by plate

Describe your rack once. Resolve builds the ramp from the empty bar to your top set, with the exact plates per side and what goes on and comes off between sets. Checking a set off is the log entry.

  • A program that writes the next session

Perseverance Barbell is built in, novice through advanced. Finish a session and the next one is already generated. Miss reps twice and the lift resets and builds back. Give it a meet date and it peaks for it.

  • Your flight, live on your phone

Paste the meet's LiftingCast link and Resolve follows the platform: whether you are up now, on deck, or in the hole, and every attempt as it is called good or bad.

  • Food, bodyweight, and a coach, on your terms

Set calorie and macro targets and log meals by search or barcode. Track weight, sleep, and cardio against a target. Invite a coach and choose, category by category, what they see.

In the app

Screens from the log.

Every number on these screens is computed by plain code from what you logged.

  • Resolve next session screen. Day A lists squat three by five at 105 kg, bench press three by five at 72.5 kg, and deadlift one by five at 140 kg, each with the jump it auto-progressed by, and a note that the press stalled and reset.
The next session, generated when the last one was checked off.
  • Resolve meet day screen. Bench flight B is live, the lifter is up now at 122.5 kg, the squat attempts read 180 good, 190 good, 200 missed, and the deadlift attempts are still to come.
Meet day, read from the platform as each attempt is called.
  • Resolve bodyweight screen. Thirty days of scale readings as grey dots with a smoothed orange trend line falling gently to 83.6 kg.
Bodyweight as a trend, so one salty day does not break the line.

Load the bar.

Open Resolve, describe your rack once, and the first warm-up is planned before you touch a plate.

The shirts

Wear the standard.

The collab shirt you scanned and the creed shirt beside it, made to a better standard: masculine, disciplined, and honorable. Each is a premium tee of preshrunk 100 percent combed ring-spun cotton, printed to order.

Resolve is made by Hilachem Ventures LLC, the company behind Patriarch Outfitters. Perseverance Barbell, the program built into the app, is free to read at platformresolve.com, and the calculators there are free to use. Running the program inside Resolve takes a paid plan.
