Made after you order
Every item is made after you place your order and then shipped to the address you provide.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship outside the United States yet.
Cost
Shipping is a flat $6 per order in the United States, however many pieces you buy. The amount is shown again at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Making your order usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after that. These are estimates, not promises. Busy seasons, production delays, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances can make an order take longer.
Tracking
You will get an email with tracking when your order ships.
Address mistakes
Check your shipping address before you pay. If a package is returned because the address supplied with the order was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you. We can send it again once the additional shipping cost is paid. If the address problem resulted from our mistake instead, we will correct it without charging you additional shipping.
Taxes
Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and added to your order before you pay.
